Adding to the list of breweries in the super hot market of sector 29, Factory by Sutra is the new entrant. Located in the same lane of Adda and Walking Street, This place has a huge space and a very quirky but classy ambiance. Hanging ropes, Dim lights and the whole decor gives a factory like feeling which is exactly what their theme is. They do have a huge terrace which is the biggest as compared to breweries in same lane.
Food being served here is exceptionally good. Chicken tikka was very soft and cooked to perfection. I loved the bhutta kabab served here. Very nicely prepared with correct portion of the corn and spices. Thin crest wood fried pizza was a delight. I liked their drinks menu which has a lot of interesting stuff.
Banta served with vodka base is an amazing drink. Tried aamras and neembu masala and these were pretty good. They do have an amazing bar collection. Tried few of the cocktails and Madhusala along with circuit breaker were the best. Tasted their freshly brewed beer (collection of 4 they have) and these turned out to be good too. Their recipe for the brewed beer seems to be a bit different.
Overall, It’s a nice place to spend time with your gang and that too with not much damage to your pocket. Recommended to all the fellow foodies.
