By looking at this tiny shop in the sector 40 HUDA Market, One get a look and feel of the areas in Old Delhi famous for the Mughlai food. With an old mughal era name “Din-E-Ilahi”, this place is doing justice to the name. Located at the back side of Sector 40 market, this place serves the peer matka Dum Biryani and Chicken korma. There is outside sitting option available where one can sit and enjoy these preparations.
Though they have a very limited menu, but they are good at what they serve. Chicken Dum Biryani being served here is perfectly cooked and is full of flavors.With the touch of mughlai era, the Biryani has a right portion of Spices which gives the divine aroma and taste to this preparation. Huge quantity and very fairly priced outlet – I must say.
Tasted the chicken korma which was delicious and had a perfect texture. Loved the every bite of the roomli roti with the korma. Din-E-Ilahi is coming with up with the extension of their menu soon and I look forward to taste some splendid mughlai food in the millennium city.
