This excellent spot is unquestionably one of the best places to visit in baani square. Located at 2nd Floor in the emerging market of Baani Square, Junoon Restro Bar has a vivacious interior with antiquated furniture and artifacts. Shaded tables and seats along with the antiquities on the walls with some nice Indian music make this place a joint where one can unwind and appreciate the magnificent food and drinks.
We (A group of 4) began with Arbi chips masala which had an essence of green chillies. Slightly fiery for my taste buds however I am certain this would be cherished by the ones who love the spicy food. Next comes the Chicken Baida roti – A roti which had chicken cooked with egg and tasted eminent. Tandoori Chicken which I had here was extremely succulent and delectable. Perfectly cooked with right flavors in it. Lahori Murg Tikka was delicate and cooked to perfection. Cherished each bite of it.
I attempted “whisky smash” which was exceptionally very good. Presentation of the drinks was mind blowing and I have seen extremely exceptional glasses in which the beverages were being served. 2 Good ( A beverage having Gin, Vodka, Tequila, dull Rum and whisky with some orange and gauva juice) was normal to me. I liked the LIT being served here which was quite alcoholic.

After having the snacks, We attempted the main course specialties from this spot. Lucknowi Dum Murg Biryani was awesome. Flawlessly cooked with the right mix of the spices which gave it the ideal aroma and taste. Dal makhni was amazing and had an extremely extraordinary taste.
We attempted their Watermelon and Mango Kulfi which was exceptionally novel in taste. Phirni was another dessert which we appreciated there and it was essentially astounding.
The service was prompt and the servers were extremely affable and courteous, So full marks to them for the hospitality. So the overall experience was awesome. This is one such place where one can have some good time with the family or friends hangout (that too not in the crowded areas of Cyber Hub and Sector 29 where parking itself is a mess). Recommended to all the fellow foodies in the town !!
