Situated at the ground floor in the Vipul Trade center on Sohna road, This microbrewery has the incredibly great vibe. Brilliant bit of work showed by the creator utilizing the bar trade idea adds more appeal to this spot. Its an expansion to the vapor family and it is one of the colossal microbreweries in the town.
The seating range has all sort of choices, from the couches to the wooden bar stools which can easily cater the diverse crowd. Decent and comfortable seating in smoke friendly zone is an asset in itself. The menu is immense and has some inventive beverages and snacks which we were excited to attempt. We began with their newly fermented lagers and those were better than average (Specially the wheat brew). From the cocktail section, we attempted distinctive alternatives like Smoke Pineapple – Which had a decent smokey flavor toward the end. “Ande wala shot” was astonishing and the presentation was actually awesome. I am certain one will begin thinking how an egg shell can have a mixed drink inside it. 🙂
Jagerbomb shots and Aam Panna in Pineapple are another drinks which should be attempted at vapor bar exchange. We proceeded onward with Vapor Smoking Barrel which was remarkable in taste and the presentation was again great. One such drink which was a hit in our group was tangerine mojito. Impeccable in taste with mint, tangerines and smashed ice has won numerous hearts that day.
From the sustenance menu – We commenced with the baked potato wedges, vapor fries and corn n cheese bites. Amount which was served to us was all that anyone could need. The snacks were perfectly prepared and were fantastic in taste. I attempted the vada pao served in mumbaiya style and it was a treat for my taste buds.
At that point came the seekh platter with mutton and chicken seekh rolls. Normally the seekh taste is similar at various outlets and these are been outsourced by the vendors But the one I had here was simply astunning. Checked with the chef and they informed that they prepare their own particular seekh with fresh mutton and chicken. Another feather on the cap was the galawti kebab – Minced mutton with the right portions of spices. The blend of the herbs and spices in this preparation plays a vital role and the chefs here have done the perfect job to get the ideal taste in return. Indeed, even the veg galawti kebabs were sublime in taste.
They do have indian chats in their menu and I tried papri chat and paneer tikka from that section. Papri chat was served with curd, imly and mint chutney foam and the taste was to some degree unique in relation to the customary papri chats yet was entirely decent. Another thing they have done differently is Rajma arancini – Which is reconstructed in their own style. I attempted their chicken 65 and hyderabadi chicken tikka and both of these were mind-blowing. Despite the fact that the options are constrained in dessert segment, But still the ones available in menu can be cherished. We enjoyed Blueberry cheese cake and banoffee pie and those were really good.
Service was extremely prompt and the management was involved to make sure the guests are not unattended. One good thing about this place is that you can easily get the Car parking and that too in the front of the vapour bar exchange itself. That’s a big relief 🙂
In a nutshell, this is one of the huge microbreweries in Gurgaon at the moment and the variety of drinks and food they offer is quite interesting. Decent pricing and Lively ambiance along with good music make this place a perfect choice to spend time with the loved ones. Recommended to all my fellow foodies !!
