This is one of the those places in Gurugram which I can refer to anyone for the best of the fine dining experience. Located very near to Marriot in the sushant lok phase 1, One can easily find this spot at the ground floor of times square building. This is expanded from the Dine-esty family which has been a Chinese restaurant from quite long time.
Beautiful ambiance with nicely done interiors make this place a perfect destination to have a fine dining experience. They have huge place which can cater all kinds of audience ranging from small to big groups. They have an open area which they are renovoting to have live counters.
The menu is not very huge but it is well curated keeping a balance of north indian and mughlai food. We began this food journey with Potli Kebab. A perfect blend of spices within the minced mutton which is stuffed inside the kebab. This one was one of the best I had till date.
Peeli Mirch ka tikka is another gem in their menu. Chicken tikka marinated with yellow chillies and then grilled in the tandoor. The flavours were outstanding and the quality was perfect.
Do-rukha seekh was cooked to perfection. Minced mutton wrapped inside the chichen kebab along with the lovely presentation was stunning.
Along with the starters, I tried few of the cocktails. Whiskey Sour was amazing in taste with some egg white and tangy sweet lime juice. Martini was a balanced drink with vodka base and I loved it.
In mains, I tried pakhtuni-e-ghost quorma acharwala which had tender mutton pieces dum cooked with yogurt gravy mixed with pickled spices. Taste was very unique and outstanding. Khatta chicken was another achari falvoured preperation which was dum cooked in copper vessel. The flavors were intact for both of these signature dishes.
Punjabi tarke wali peeli dal was the best pick of the day. Indian spices cooked to perfection having the right blend of spices gave a divine taste to this dish. Oilve and jalapeno naan went really well with the curries with the finely chopped olive and jalapeno chunks.
In desserts, I tried Darsan and Gulab jamuns which were super tasty. The food presentation and the quality is awesome and this place has a potential to be a favourite destination for the crowd in Gurugram with its lip smacking food and amazing service.Highly recommended place for fine dining experience.
