Indian Grill Room has been on my wish list from quite long time and finally been to this place on a Saturday evening with a group of my friends. One can easily locate this property at the 3rd floor of Suncity business tower. Beautifully done interiors and the perfect lighting gives a welcoming vibe as soon as you enter this place.
They have nice and comfortable seating options and the place is really huge. Their USP is the lovely terrace with a small water body which can easily steal your heart. We went there on winter evening and the amazing weather adds to the beauty.
The buffet spread is huge and has the north Indian specialties which were quite impressive. We began with Murg Tikka Kali Mirch which was cooked to perfection. Chicken pieces were tender with right mix of spices. Mutton Gilafi Seekh was very tempting and delicious. Finely chopped bell peppers and the Indian spices added to the flavor.
Paneer Tikka Ajwaini was amazing. Fresh and tasty paneer chunks were well cooked in the tandoor. Next on the table was Dahi ke Kebab which were flawless. Full of taste and I really loved the crunchy coating over the Kebabs.
The snacks were accompanied by the Chai Sangria which was superb. Tandoori Ananas was my favorite for that day. Grilled Pineapple pieces served along with spicy masala was delectable. One couldn’t resist having more of it even if there are lot of things to try. Loved it.
In mains, I tried their season’s special Sarson ka Saag along with Makki ki roti. Perfect in taste Saag was stunning and each bite of the makki ki roti along with this mind blowing preparation gave a heavenly experience. Full marks to Chef for this amazing end product. I tried their Dal makhni and Butter Chicken with laccha parantha and missi roti too and both were mind blowing.
The live counter for the jalebi adds a charm to this place. After such a lovely meal, Hot and crispy Jalebis served with rabri can make you hungry again. This was a feather on the cap and a perfect end to this lavish meal.
Verdict: Indian Grill Room is a perfect destination for family outings and fine dining experience. With the very reasonably priced buffet, this place is a must try place to have north Indian delicacies in Gurugram. Open terrace is their USP and lovely atmosphere over there can make anyone happy. Recommended place for all the people who love food 😉
