There must have been times when you crave for the kathis and wraps but then you compromise thinking on the amount of oil and the hours you will have to spend in gym to come over it. Now there is a solution as Rollers is coming up with a unique and brilliant idea of serving the Healthy Kathi rolls and wraps with no oil. The concept is based on QSR model where the oil less kathis and wraps would be served in different variants. The USP is the various options from where one can choose as per the taste. From the outer shell (white or brown) to the filling, everything is customized.
We tried the different options with both white and brown kathis. The brown ones had its own wheat flavor which went really well with the Korma.
The tender mutton pieces in it was a feather on the cap. Malabar rolls had the amazing texture and fantastic flavor. Tandoori and Bengali rolls were delicious and the preparation was flawless. Good thing about this place is that the taste is consistent as they procure the spices on their own and if someone is trying their roll even from their another outlet, it will be going to taste the same. Mizo roll is a must try at rollers. With the right mix of lemon grass and the Thai flavors, this roll is a power bomb in itself. Loved it.
Rollers is coming up with the multiple outlets where the quality and quantity for each roll would be similar as a pre-defined portions of the ingredients would be served in each roll. In addition, They are planning to give a nutritional value to each roll which would be printed on it.
Verdict: Rollers is a delivery outlet which is serving oil free rolls which are healthy yet tasty at the same time. Based on the QSR model, this place is coming up with a series of outlets in NCR. Do give it a try and feel the difference. Recommended to all the health freak foodies in the town.
