I am a big time pizza lover and my love for pizza takes me to the new places where I can try different options.New York Slice is one such place which is known for their Pizza Slices. Located at the ground floor in Good earth city mall, this place has a decent seating options and can easily cater 25-30 people. Colorful interiors and comfortable seating arrangement makes this a nice option to try the hot and fresh pizzas.
I tried few of the options from their menu. Started with the stuffed garlic bread which was perfectly done and had the jalapeno stuffing which was awesome.
They have an option for the pizza slices which is not very common in NCR these days. I tried little india pizza slice which was 9 inches slice with chicken tikka toppings, roasted red peppers and onions. They use the fresh dough to make the pizzas and that’s the reason for the awesome quality and taste which one can feel from the first bite of the slice. They have only one option available in the pizza crust and they don’t do thin crust pizzas.
Fifth avenue was another slice which I attempted. Loaded with cheese, mushroom, onions and jalapenos -This pizza slice was fantastic.Another gem from their menu which I tried was the mexican Pizza cone. It was a freshly baked pizza cone filled with corn, jalapenos, mushroom, green capsicum and mixed with signature pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Stuffing was amazing and it had that mexican hint in it. I tried different mocktails from the menu. Virgin green apple mojito and Ginger Mint punch were decent but I found these to be very sweet for my taste buds.
Verdict : New York Slice is a perfect option to try the freshly baked pizza in Gurugram. They have multiple outlets in Delhi and Gurugram and are planning to expand on a huge scale. Going with the quality and quantity, this is a value for money place. Recommended for their lovely pizzas.
