If you are beer freak and you haven’t been to 7 degrees yet then you are really missing something. This place is known for their finest brew and has been awarded as best microbrewery for the year 2016 by Beer Buddies, One of the largest group for beer lovers in NCR.
Spread over 12500 sq feet area, 7 Degrees Brauhaus serves the fantastic German beer at the ideal drinking temperature. Interiors are quite interesting with the beer garden theme. Tall Chestnut trees, Maple wood furniture and huge copper brew tanks gives it a classy look. Comfortable seating and the rustic feel of this brewery makes this an ideal place to spend time with friends.
I have been there for a meetup with friends. Tried the 7 degree lager beer which had moderately bitter taste as compared to other ones. The malted barley beer gives a nice flavor on the palate.
The Cuban Sangria was superb and it had apple chunks which gave it an amazing flavor. Loved it. Tasted the sparkling wine and it was stunning.
They have the Sunday Brunch where one can find different live counters for sausages and pasta along with some asian delicacies. German sausages were really good and it is a not to miss thing when you are at 7 degrees Brauhaus. Chicken Malai Tikka was well cooked but I found that chicken could have been more tender. I found it a bit chewy and there is a scope of improvement here.
Desserts were delicious and very beautifully presented. Tiramisu was delectable and I loved the way it was served to us. Volcanic choco lava cake was another dessert I attempted there and it didn’t disappointed either. Service was excellent and the staff was attentive.
Verdict: This is one of the most talked about brewery in Gurugram and the reason for this is their beer. If you love beer and you want to pair some lovely food with it, then hit this place with your gang.
