If you are a bollywood buff and at the same time you are in Noida, then “Filmy Flavors” is the place to be. Influenced from the Indian cinema, The place has very colorful aura with the photographs and music tapes hanging on the roof and pasted on the walls. Located in the H block of sector 63 market, the place is a hidden gem when it comes to a value for money meal.
I went there on a weekday evening with a friend for a dinner buffet. The interiors are quite “filmy” and totally inspired by the film stars from 1970s to today’s era. Initially, I didn’t had much expectations from this place when it comes to food but I was surprised by what this place has to offer.
They serve the buffets for a very reasonable cost which makes this place a perfect place for friends hangout and family outings. I began with the snacks which were served on table.
Salsa potatoes were superb and had the perfect flavor. Chicken Malai Tikka was another snack which requires a special mention. Flawlessly cooked with the bang on taste.
Honey chilli potatoes were awesome and had that perfect mix of honey and spices. Loved it.
The place has really good buffet deal especially in terms of main course. I tried the chicken briyani which was well cooked and had perfect taste. Dal tadka was awesome and it was a delight to have with piping hot laccha parantha which was served on the table.
Desserts had few options and I liked pan ice cream among all. It was delicious and cherished by everyone.
Service was very good and the staff was well behaved and attentive. They served the snacks and breads on table without any delay.
Verdict: Filmy Flavours is a value for money place to have good food at a very competitive price. Nice ambiance and comfortable seating makes it a good place to visit along with family.
