On a weekday after the office hours, I along with few friends was planning to have some desi north indian food. We looked out for the home delivery options near to DLF phase 4 and spotted this newly open place in Supermart 1. It is a delivery outlet serving typical desi north Indian cuisine.
We ordered malai seekh kebab which had besan with paneer stuffing. It was very soft and delicious.
Panner tikka was an average dish, nothing exceptionally to mention about. Could have been better.
Afghani Chicken was another dish which was not upto the expectations. It was too dry and looked like it was not marinated properly.
Mutton shami kebab were awesome. Thought, it was less on mutton and more on the chana dal but the flavors were really good.
In mains we tried dal makhni,butter chicken and kadhai paneer with some assorted breads. Dal Makhni was somewhat different from what we normally have in the restaurants. It was more like what we get at the dhabas with a lot of ginger and garlic hint. I loved that preparation here.
Verdict – It’s a small delivery outlet serving nice north Indian food with not much damage to the pocket. Worth giving it a try if you are living nearby to supermart 1 in DLF phase 4.
