Cyber Hub has been emerged to an extent that most of the established names in the F&B industry are keen to have their presence at this lovely location due to the diversity of the crowd and the wow factor which one feels here. Yum Yum Cha is one such place here where I had a beautiful experience tasting the dishes which were quite unique to my taste buds.
Located at the ground floor in cyber hub, This place can be easily spotted near to the amphitheater. One can very well feel the class this place has by looking at the artistic interiors. We were welcomed with a smile on the face. Very courteous staff, colorful ambiance and fantastic food makes this place a perfect destination to spend time with your loved ones. They have nice and comfortable seating options both indoor and in the outdoor open area.
I went there along with my wife and we started our meal with the vegetarian dimsums. Spinach and corn dimsums were a treat to have. The flavors of spinach, corn, garlic and pepper were intact in those small taste bombs. Crystal dimsums were amazing and I loved the filling and presentation for this lovely preparation. I tried their Basil chicken dimsums too which were served in sui mai style and were marvelous in taste. I really loved the quality of the dishes being served here.
Our meal was accompanied by the amazing fun bottles – Thai orange & kafir lime and pomegranate & ginger. Both were refreshing and had the impeccable hint of the fresh fruits and ginger.
We ordered the crispy cream and the cucumber blossom veg sushi rolls. Both of these were presented beautifully and tasted out of the world. Cream cheese topped with carrot and crispy chive cucumber had given it a ideal flavor.
Sliced garlic chicken was a bit fiery and had a strong tinge of the red chilies due to which the flavors were coming out well. I really loved this preparation at YumYum cha. The spring rolls were flawless and had a very thin and crispy coating.
I tried the Japanese pizza for the first time,so asked for a mix of truffle pepper and Peking duck which turned out to be a wonderful combination. The yellow peppers served on a thin crust tortilla is more of a light snack. Peking duck on the other hand was a bit sweet but I loved the duck which was cooked to perfection.
Mushroom and avocado salad was the pick of the day. Stunning salad mixed with assorted mushroom and yuso dressing, served in the avocado shell was simply stunning.
Sizzling sticky rice looked to be a tempting option to me. We had spicy basil and chilli which was mind blowing. An appropriate mix of mushroom, peanuts, corn, tofu and chestnut along with the smokey flavors made our day.
Their dessert menu is quite interesting. I attempted their mochi ice creams and banoffee sushi.Banoffee sushi had the banana wrapped within the chocolate brownie garnished with caramel on top.
Mochi ice cream was served in two flavors. The mango one had delicious ice cream with the outer coating similar to the sweet aam papad. Coconut & jaggery mochi ice cream was delectable and we loved every single bite of it.
Service was excellent and all our orders were served on time. Special mention for the efficient staff here as they explained each and every dish very nicely.
Verdict – Yum Yum cha is a not to miss place if you love Japanese and Chinese cuisine. The place is in my favorite list now and is recommended to all the fellow foodies in town.
