With a zeal to explore the new places serving some really good stuff, I spotted Vee Roast on Zomato as it had some really good reviews. Thought of giving it a try on an evening, so I picked up my phone and called them. The menu is not very huge which is actually a good thing as their focus would be only on few of the things. This raised my expectations from this outlet and I ordered most of the things from their menu.
The delivery was on time and the packaging was perfect. Food was delivered piping hot and it was very well packed in the black colored containers. I would Name few of the their items which one should definitely try.
- Kakori kebab : The kebab which is famous for the mughlai taste, is so soft that it just melts in the mouth. Tender juicy mutton perfectly cooked gives you the perfect flavor.
- Tandoori Chicken : Flawless in taste and perfectly done tandoori chicken is a must try from here. Topped with lemon juice and served along with mint sauce, this can surely blow anyone’s mind.
- Paneer tikka : Picked up from the veg menu, the paneer was soft and had the right mix of spices which gave it a nice flavor.
- Afghani Chicken : This was my favorite on that day. Loaded with cream and butter, the chicken was properly cooked. The marination was perfect and the taste was awesome.
- Dal Makhni : Not like the normal dal makhni which you get from any other restaurant, This one was more like home cooked dal with the lovely texture. Taste was fantastic with the hint of ginger and garlic. Loved it.
Verdict : This is a perfect place to order the mughai and indian food. The prices are are very reasonable which makes it a perfect value for money place.
