56 Fresca is a new entrant in the Vatika business park located on Sohna road. It specializes in the fresh salads and tasty pasta and pizzas. One can without much of a stretch find this spot on the ground floor of vatika business park. Having the same passage with coriander leaf, This is one of the good places which I can undoubtedly prescribe for Italian food.
The ambiance for this spot is exceptionally exquisite. With the art work and the paintings being displayed on the walls, 56 Fresca has done every bit to showcase the Italian culture in that small sitting area. Wooden round tables alongside seats add to the tasteful stylistic theme.
The menu is constrained however that’s definitely not the criteria to judge its competency. We began with the servings of salads and first comes the “Insalata De Cesare”. Impeccably done ceaser plate of mixed greens spiked with mayonnaise dressing, parmesan, feta and artichokes. We appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and that’s what “Fresca” implies as well (which is Fresh). Its doing full justice to its name in that sense. Next in the queue was “Insalata Mista Mediterranea”. A melange of steamed green hurled with white beans, artichoke hearts and mozzarella balls, presented with fresh bread garnish and mushroom dressings. This was astounding and tasted really good. The nature of the mozzarella cheese being used here is simply superb. We truly adored this preparation.
They do serves the beverages here and I attempted Martini, Sangria and Italian Margarita. Every one of these drinks were astonishing.
At that point came the “Pizza 56-Fresca” which had smoked chicken,pineapple, bell pepper alongside assorted greens. This thin crest pizza was heavenly. The toppings were fresh and cheese was mind blowing. The taste for this pizza was one of a kind and I think that’s because of the cheese they use. This place is a real value for money spot as the cost of the pizzas they serve here is even less than the Dominos and the quality is far superior if we compare it with companions in business sector. We attempted “Pizza Funghi E Carciofini” too which had artichokes, hurled mushroom, basil, oregano and olives with mozzarella cheese. Nicely done crunchy base and it tasted truly out of the world. We attempted the pasta with white sauce which was great in taste.
At the last, we attempted the desserts which has two choices – Tiramisu and “Lasagne al cioccolato” (chocolate lasagne) . Tiramisu was quite good yet I adored their chocolate lasagne. If you are chocolate lover, then its unquestionably a must try. Loaded with the liquid chocolate, It was a treat to have at 56Fresca. One of the best desserts I had till date. Service was extremely prompt and the orders were fulfilled on time. This is one of the great spots in Gurgaon serving the Italian food. In the event that you cherish pizzas and pastas then that’s a spot which you should attempt.
