Batli 29 is one of the finest places to have the freshly fermented brew in Gurugram. This is a huge brewery with a quirky vibe which makes it a happening place in the night times. There are pleasant and comfortable seating choices available on first floor alongside the open terrace. Well designed interiors and good music adds more appeal to this spot.
We began with the Pilsner brew which has entirely remarkable taste. The brewmaster Kumar Gaurav has made a flawless showing with regards to get the right taste for the mixes. Adored the Pilsner which was entirely filling in itself.
Karachi Chicken which is actually chicken lollypop served with chili garlic sauce was superb. Somewhat zesty yet I cherished it. Bhati Da Murg was very well prepared with the right blend of spices. Chili Chicken Maggie was a hit in my gathering. The innovation was well coped with the taste which has resulted in the super end product. I would say it was a decent experiment. Dahi ke Sholay were extremely good and had great flavors. Mings spring rolls and Ching Chow Corns were deep fried starters which were little more on oil but too good in taste. The portions sizes served here makes it value for money place.
Whisky Sour is one of my most loved and I do try at most of the places so that I can compare the taste. The one which I had at Batli was eminent. Simply adored it. Veg Galouti Kebab didn’t disappointed and has an impeccable blend of flavors. The appearance was enticing and the taste was mind blowing. Another masterpiece in presentation was the Red wine Sangria which was served in quarter bottle.
Five cheese and potato pizza was astounding. Perfectly done thin crest pizza with tomato, potato, mozzarella and parmesan. Not many places in Gurugram serves the Nihari. Seen that in menu so I considered attempting it at Batli. The mutton was very much cooked however I found gravy mild. Dal makhni was delectable and brimming with flavors. Paired with the missi roti, It gave a perfect end to the feast. Finally, we had Banana Jaggery cake and Kala Jamun Kala Forest which were which were sweet enough to end this amazing food journey.
Staff was quite attentive and helpful. Service was excellent and our orders were bang on time. This is definitely a not to miss place in Gurugram. Recommended to all the fellow foodies !!
